12 month without opening After opening 7days. Have to kept under +5 freeze
It is as good as fresh but It’s has gone through hot processing to make it bacteria free hence,The taste will not be similar to the fresh but the quality is same as fresh. Beside this fact it is a compressed product. So a bit concentrated.
IFor preparing any food the quantity of usage of ginger and garlic May differ hence it depends upon the dishes and demography and some dishes only carries ginger.
